What they never cover on those cooking shows is how to proceed when you freaked out because you thought the food was burning and turned the oven off but then realised it was OK but forgot to turn the oven back and on and then you’re standing there 20 minutes later wondering why it seems to have stopped cooking. Delia, why did you never cover this?
